Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Our company announced last week that our office will be absorbed into another larger office states away. They neglected to provide any information as to when this transition would take place and it's putting a lot of stress on everyone. Is there any legal stance we could take to force them to give us whatever plans they have? It's a HUGE company and it would be extremely unlikely they would have made an announcement like this without some kind of time line. The new CEO also left for vacation the week of the announcement. No one has any information.
