Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

I use to have a e-bay account and closed it last year. Somehow someone has hacked a new account and e-bay keeps billing me for fees every other month. I have contacted them each time and explained that this not me and to close those accounts. Not each time I do this it takes an hour and a half to get this cleared up. The last time I went through this was 2/15/2016 and was assured that the account was again to be closed and they would send me an e-mail that the process could take up to 30 days to complete. I requested that if anyone opens of attempts to use an account under my name and address that they call me first, which they did not. I never received an e-mail from them and now I get another bill from them for account use once again. I refuse to contact them again because it does no good to do so.
What is my recourse of action here? I would like to sue them for this trouble.

You need to clear up this last problem. then, close our account permanently by instructing e-bay and following up with a letter.

Then you need to take your business somewhere else. Forget about e-bay if they're not treating you right.
