Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

I'm a Photographer in Indiana. Stated in our contract and during our face to face meeting is that we give no refunds & the first payment acts as a binding agreement that the client understands the terms. The mother of the bride to be has stepped in after months since the engagement session & she states that they are unsatisfied with the pictures. Note: The engagement session came with prints. The client had the option to buy 25 digital files or all of the images. The daughter stated that she loved the pictures & purchased ALL of the digital files (273). The parents mentioned minor things they didn't like such as the picture wasn't centered. I explained that full frames are captured with the intent to crop if needed/requested. After being threatened by legal action and being hung up on by the step dad, the daughter wrote requesting a refund (she pays monthly toward her wedding photography). They are falsifying info to get out the the contract to go with someone cheaper.

This isn't worth fighting. Make peace with the customer. Good businessmen don't ever fight with their clients. The clients are always right. It's good PR to keep the clients happy, right or wrong.
