Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I purchased a pickup truck from a dealer in Indiana, as of this date I have not recived a tittle to get my plates, it has bee 32 days since purchase, I have recived a bank statement for the first payment, and talked to dealership they are waiting on warranty from my old car. what can I do? I am 69 years old

It takes a while for title transfer. If you don't get title in 30 more days, you have a right to demand title or rescind sale.
