Legal Question
I have been on salary since about may of 2008, i signed papers stating i would earn (x) amount of money per year, in october of 2009 my employer decided to put another employee in my position. Placing me back on an hourly rate, this hourly rate put me on a deduction of yearly earnings! My question is can they do this before the date i signed said papers or even before the calander year is over?
