Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

I sold my website, but the buyer did not pay me what was promised in the contract. I do not have money for an attorney. Can I take back my website without taking them to court? I already own the merchant account and the server account. All i would need to do is to change the bank where funds are routed. Can i domthat legally?

Thanks,

Mike

Your rights are governed by your contract. If the contract provided for repossession in case of default, then you have that right. If the contract did not provide such remedies to you, you must go through proper court proceedings.
