Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
if my mom helped me get a loan for a new car and BOTH of our names are on the loan and car, can SHE repo it from me because of an argument between the two of us even tho i am the one paying the bank every month for the car payment

Either of you have equal right to possess the car if both of your Names are on the title. You can each take it from the other.
