Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
can a person lose their medicaid benefits and SSI benefits for filing a class action suit against their state FSSA? Another state funded agency informed an individual that if they continued moving forward with a class action suit, he would lose his medicaid and SSI benefits. This person is disabled. Please advise as soon as possible.

That does not sound right to me. Why dont you ask the attorney who is handling the class action case.
