Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana

This is my situation. Some 7 plus years ago I had a drug problem. My husband divorced me. I was not at my right mind. I had no attorney. I was thrown out with nothing, this man even kept my families heirlooms. Both of my parents are dead. I picked myself up and cleaned myself up. Was in a productive life. He told me that if I left my life, I could come home. I felt like I owed it to him and my son. What it was this man put me in several bad situations and has me in a motel that I have to work escorts to pay for . If I don't make enough money, I am made to beg him for food and a roof over my head. I am sometimes starved and treated cruelly. It has been 3 years, he says if I leave and try to get any help no one will believe me (he is the one with the good job and respect) he promised me I could go back to school, I got all of that in order. Had to drop out he said he changed his mind about getting me Internet (online school) in the final end. He did all of this because I had no one, he said he could use me for sex or treat me how ever he wanted because I have no rights please I need some mind of advice I can't go like this thank you Karen
