Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore filed against me and the sheriff dropped off the papers for court. I called BHLM and made payment arrangements and asked if I still needed to go to court and I was told I could if I wanted to so I thought we were done and I didn't go to court. I made the payments and then got laid off and was unable to make them. I called BHLM and let them know I didn't have a job but as soon as I start working again I would resume payments and they said fine. I was out of work for almost 5 month and basically just started back at work. I received a notice from them in the mail today with copies of court documents they filed against me. One was a Motion to Dismiss and the second Order Granting Order to Dismiss. I don't understand what it means, could they be asking the court to reinstate their previous charge against me to collect the debt? I have not heard anything from them in over 5 months and have not received any other notices from them or the court. I did attempt to contact them and could not get a live person so I called the clerk of court but she could only tell me that I would have to come in and look at what they had already filed against me. I am going to try to call them again tomorrow but I am nervous at how to proceed.

The clerk is right. you need to go into the courthouse and look at the file. That being said, a Motion to Dismiss usually means that they are dropping the case against you.
