Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana
Capital one filed a judgement against me. I bankrupt chapter 13. Sold house to pay creditors. It's time to close and capital one won't give a payoff letter. Closing is falling apart. Capital one started this and can't figure out what they think I owe them.to the point where they are sabatoging their chance to collect. ..what's my legal recourse

If you are in bankruptcy, you need to take this problem to the attorney who is handling your bankruptcy proceeding.
