Can a finace company get money out of my bank if I'm on disability

Yes, a finance company, if they are a judgment creditor, can garnish your accounts, even if you are on disability. Direct disability payments may not be subject to garnishment, but once you mix those payments with other monies, they are subject to garnishment.
