Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I have a judgment against me for a credit card debt, dated 05/15/07, in Indiana. Is there a statute of limitations for collection of that debt and what are non-exempt wages and property?

Statute of limitations isn't pertinent here because that only governs the time period in which the case could be filed. It was apparently filed on time because there is a judgment. Judgments are valid for 10 years but may be renewed. There are many exemptions for property, too numerous to list here. If your wages are garnished or your property attached, you should consult with a lawyer to make sure that the exemptions which are particular to your personal situation are raised and asserted properly.
