i loaned a friend a large sum to pay for a funeral. the funeral home wanted the cash rather than wait for insurance. My friend was strapped; the savings was five hundred dollars. He said he would pay me back when he got the insurance money. He now says we were "comapanions" so he doesn't have to payback
