Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I received a judgement/order in the mail. It states that I must pay 610.32. There is no instruction on when or who to pay. Who do I send the check to?

It is probably best to pay it to the clerk of the Court in which the judgment was rendered. Call the clerk's office for specific instructions as to how to make out the check and to whose attention it should be mailed. There are certain papers which should be concurrently prepared and filed with the payment to show that the judgement is paid and satisfied, but you probably need an attorney to do that for you.
