Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana
I have a small claims court date coming up for a medical bill that was in 2016. I signed a paper in 2015 that I would be responsible for the bill in 2015. Would I have a case since I didn't sign a paper for bills in 2016.

It depends on the language of the paper. If you agreed to pay for a bills going forward, you're on the hook. If you incurred the bill, you should pay it.
