Legal Question
I sold some kitchen appliances to my sister in law and brother in law,we had a verbal agreement of $1000.00 for payment...So far I have only received $200.00 of it..Its been almost 2 years since receiving that money...without a handwritten and signed letter of commitment can I go to small claims court and expect to win??
