Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

If I have been sued by a college for unpaid student loans is it possible to contact their attorneys and offer a wage assignment of say 10% per pay instead of taking a chance of getting a garnishment of say 25% - I'm already working 2 jobs and there is no way I can afford 25% - I was unemployed for while and I'm trying to get everyhting caught back up. Thanks for any insight you can give me
