Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I'm being sued by an out of state collection agency, but the suit is in my home state. I have the name of the owner of the collection agency; his name and signature are on the bill of sale.

Can I require him to come to my state (Indiana) so I can depose him?

Yes. But it costs money for a court reporter.
