Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Answered an ad on Craigslist personals. Female looking to meet up for sexual activities. Phone numbers were exchanged. Pictures of genitals were exchanged. Father found pictures on daughter's phone, daughter tried to commit suicide, father now threatening to file unknown charges against me and prosecute me unless I pay for daughter's therapy. I don't know what to do.

2. DO NOT speak to anyone about this matter other than your attorney.
3. Do not engage in any "settlement negotiations" without first speaking to an attorney.
It is very possible that this is merely a scam to obtain money from you. However, it is not possible to know that without having all of the details. Call an attorney ASAP.
