Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I am divorcee. Recently my daughter sold her gift property to some one. I was asked to sign as witness for I had to produce my photo id ( old pass port) that was has expired and also my pan car. The pass port had my name withmy name. Since I had no recent Id, I had to use it. Is it illegal, am I punishable under penal code. Please asvice.

In Indiana, we do not know what a "pan car" is. ANy chance this was to be posted in a non-USA forum?
