Should I plead guilty or not guilty to OWI and OWI endangerment charges. This is my first time bring arrested.

There is absolutely no way to answer that question here. Obviously a lot of that depends on whether you were drinking and then driving. Please sit down with an attorney in your community who handles criminal cases to get a good assessment of your options.
