Legal Question in DUI Law in Indiana

I have a question, I have a DUI class D Felony that I received 18yrs ago and I would like to see if there is any way I can get it dropped so I can apply for a reserve police officer position?

This can happen if the prosecutor and the judge both think it is a good idea.
