Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I was 16 when I was reported as a runaway by my mother when she knew where I was, so i went to the local police department and 'turned myself in' and refused to go home. My mom has been on drugs since i was little and my father had no clue. My parents home has black mold on the ceiling and it is filthy. I had pictures of their home and showed them to the police. There was a CPS case opened against them but it was closed because my parents voluntarily let me live with my grandparents. I have now been living with my grandparents for almost 6 months, but my mom still says that she has control over me and im barely aloud to go to school. She is literally on the edge of insanity tell me that she is "going to make my life hell until i turn 18". is there any legal way that i can tell her that she has no control over me anymore even though im not 18? I cannot handle another year of her.

Please ask your grandparents to talk to an attorney in your community about the steps that can be taken to protect you. You do not deserve this sort of treatment.
