What ate my rights as a grandparent? My grandchild has been placed in an inlaws home and the people who take care of her are not letting me see her when I have a paper from dcs showing im to have 3hours a month. Last time I got to see her was before chritmas

Looks like you have a right to see her once a month. Have DCS try to get this worked out for you, or get an explanation from them as to why not. If you get no satisfaction then, contact an attorney in your community.
