Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Can an attorney accept money then in the same netting say that they cannot help do to a conflict of interest? I understand estimate fees, is this a fee just to see if they can help?

I am not sure what you are asking. However, one of the very first things that an attorney does is determine whether there is a conflict of interest. Sometimes, though, it does not become apparent until later.
