conversion of personal property

I made me ex boyfriend to move out and on a sunday i called and told him to come and get the stuff the next day he didnt so i told him to come get it on a thursday he only got some on it now thurs he filed a small claims for 3000 and i refused him his belongings now it is saturday and i was supposed to put the rest on his things on the porch i dont have room for it so what do i do

It appears that you've given him maybe a week to get his belongings. If he won't come get the balance, I suggest you take the items to the court when you go for trial and the judge will give him the option of taking his things or letting you keep them to sell or throw away. Even if you don't have room, keep it to the court date and take it to court with you.
