Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My daugher is 17 years old. Her dad has not had anything to do with her for the last 3 years. She recently reached out to them so she could see her sisters. After a couple months of not seeing them she reached out again and was told by her step mom that she is not welcome there, or if she wanted to see her dad, that she would take the girls and leave while she visited. I recently got paper from the court for modification of child support so I did file for modification because he took me to court 3 years ago to get her 3 days a week in order to get credit for the days and lower his child support. He has not had her for 3 years and now that he received the papers for the modification he is enforcing his 3 days a week and she refused to go after the way she was treated. He is threatening to file contemp charges if she don't go. Can I file charge of contempt on him for not showing up for the last 3 years? I know this is only because of the money that he wants her to come on his days off. Please help me, I feel so bad for her because she does not want to go where she feels unwelcome and so uncomfortable.
