Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

there's no doubt in my mind that the court will find my husband verbally, emotionally, sexually, and physically abusive to me. What types of evidence do I need to prove so? He is claiming I do drugs, which I do not and would be happy to prove in a court of law. He is trying to get custody of our 3 sons. When he is found to be guilty of being extremely abusive, manipulative, and controlling, how hard will it be for him to be granted any sort of custody?

He will not obtain custody if shown to be an abusive parent. Your post makes clear that you should sit down and talk with a lawyer to get detailed information , and hire one to present your case.
