Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My girlfriend is claiming that she can have a hair-follicle weed test done on me and that if positive she can take possesion of my house. We are not married, I own the house and pay all the bills. We have a 2/12 yeard old together. Why would she want to do that and what can happen as a result?

There must be more to the story. Assuming that there are sufficient grounds for a restraining order, she may be able to do so on a temporary basis. You need to contact local counsel.
