Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

How does a grandparent terminate guardianship of grandkids? CPS has been informed of problems, and have sent people out to the house from Good Home. (not sure this is the right name) The problems continue. The grandkids are verbally abusive to the grandfather. He has to keep changing his credit cards, with the bank, because they continue to steal from him. I am asking for a friend of mine that live in Greenwood, Indiana.
