Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

do grandparents have a legal right to see grandchildren after our son passed away. we've called several times to talk to kids but no one answers the phone. we don't want to, but can we (my wife & i ) take it to court to get visitation with the children.

Yes, you have standing to make this kind of request as long as the children have not been adopted by a new father.
