Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I own a home outright that I paid for with my late parents inheritance. I've lived with the same woman for 25 years (we have 3 children) but we've split up 7 months ago. I've still been paying all the bills and let her stay in the house since then with our son. Shes claiming she's getting an attorney to sue me for half the estate. Neither of us have made enough money to afford the house nor the lifestyle we've had for many years. We live in Indiana...are there legal grounds that she can still get half the estate? I have to sell the house asap due too lack of funds to continue to pay all the bills.

"Could she", yes. "Will she", depends on a lot of facts that you need to sit down and discuss with a family law attorney in your community.

Good luck.
