Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband pays child support to his ex-wife, which is $215 a week. He has a 16 and a 13 year old. The 16 year old has decided to live with us since January 1, 2015. The 13 year old is with us more than he is with the mother. The ex-wife is still getting the child support and we would like to have it modified. I am just unsure if I would do a "child support modification" or if this is a custody case.

You need custody modified, which would when granted then entail a modification of support.
