Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Is it illegal in indiana to take your kids ( one joint other is every other weekend) across state lines without other parents permission. Nothing in decree about crossing state lines or out/of/state travel. Also I do not have supervised visits.

No. If you are travelling away for a weekend, you should let the other parent know where you will be in caser of emergency, but if you are just crossing the river to see a ball game in the afternoon, for example, no "permission" is needed.
