Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I know Indiana is an equitable distribution state for divorce and all assets are on the table, but how do judges typically rule on gifts and inheritances to husband that are not co-mingled, and real estates bought and solely paid for by husband and deeded to husband only during marriage. We are separated (not legally) for almost two years. Marital home has been sold and profits spit equally. Both spouses have similar incomes and no children. The only debt in both names is one loan to pay down wife's debts in her name only.

There is no "typical" way of ruling. It is best to know the judge in question and how he/she has ruled in the past. Sit down with an attorney in your community to get this insight.
