Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I need to make a will, and have no family remaining. As far as distributing assets, I intend to leave most to charities, but I do need a person to administer some last requests, such as selling my home, notifying social security of my death and closing my bank and brokerage accounts. How do I go about finding and appointing an administrator for these tasks?

Usually a friend or family member fills this role, but you can appoint a financial institution to do these things. The attorney who writes your will can help you with this selection process. Given your plans as stated in the post, it would NOT be a good idea to write a do-it-yourself will.

Good luck.
