Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I'm married, have been for 10 years. We split up for a time and I had a child. My boyfriend at the time signed the paternity affidavit at birth knowing he might not be the father. A paternity test has never tooken place. My husband and I was reading on the Indiana.gov site that paternity is presumed to be husband's if still married at time of birth. My husband wants to have paternal rights and to be her legal father. How can we do that if my exboyfriend signed the affidavit?

Go get a DNA test done with you, your husband, and the child. If the results come back positive for your husband, go see an attorney about making sure that the BF has no rights.
