Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

The mother of my child told me that I can't see my son anymore because I missed out one Saturday to hang with him because my new job has me working Saturdays now. How can I see my son again

If she doesn't change her mind the next time you ask, you can go to court. Remember that child care is YOUR responsibility if you have to work on visitation days, not hers. You can give her the option of doing it, but just cancelling and letting it be her problem is not appropriate.
