Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My mother has guardianship of my three kids because of my selfishness in bad decision making. But I have been back at my mothers with my kids and now been clean for a little over a month now. But the problem is their fathers mother gets every other week visitations because their father isn't present and nor was I but their father also is now court ordered to not be around my kids at all. But his mother drives around after drinkin with my kids also doesn't ever have them in the right car seats if any at all and the judge has repeatly told her to put them in the proper seating but I'm out of money for my attorney and need desperate help for my kids safety. There is a lot more to this case as well.

As your mother is the guardian, you should rely on her judgment as to what needs to be done to protect your children while you continue to get your own life straightened out. This is her situation to deal with as long as the guardianship exists, not yours.
