Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If your older sibling is homeless, but on medicaid and ss disability and lives in nursing homes and they want you to be their "guardian" what does that entail? I was told I would have no financial responsibility. If he is continuously kicked from homes because of his behavior, would I be responsible, as his guardian, to find him housing?

You would have no personal financial responsibility. Yes, you would have a responsibility to see he is living in an appropriate location.
