Can My oldest daughter change her last name to my last name? the reason why is that she doesn't want to do anything with her father.. he treated her terrible and he doesn't pay child support.. he owes me a lot of money....

When she is 18 she can change her name to anything she wants. Before that, it would be YOU changing the name, not her. Courts generally don't like to do this, because of the number of moms that try to do this as a "screw you" to Dad, but you can always ask.
