Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Parental Cosent

Hi,

My son ho is 13 is going to Indiana this summer to visit my brothers. I want to know if I need to give them anything other than a medical consent form for this. I want to make sure that they have any legal forms they need.

Thank you for your help

Re: Parental Cosent

Well, I am in northeast Tarrant County, and not in Indiana, but it seems to me that a medical consent form would be the primary thing I would want my child to have were he to visit with one of my sisters out of state. I think you will be fine.
