Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am seeking primary physical custody of my 7 yr old daughter. Her mother & I never married, but had lived together since her birth. I was sole provider. Mother moved out 18 mo ago leaving our daughter with me. She moved 2 hrs away. We have been amicable with daughter staying with me during school week & going to Mom on w/e. Every other week in summer. Mom married in Dec.13 and is now pregnant. She just told me she wants our daughter to live with her. I want to have primary physical custody so she can remain in her school & home she has known her entire life. Again, we were never married, but my name is on b cert. I have no problem with joint custody, but want her to live with me during school year. What are my chances?

It is hard to do percentages as there are many variables, but it does sound like you have a pretty event chance based ion the information provided.
