Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have a serious situation. My daughter is in the custody of her grandmother but has been living with the great grandmother for quite sometime now. I wanted to know since my daughter isn't living with the grandmother who has legal full custody of her would I be wrong or get in big trouble if I was to take her and bring her back home to Texas with me?

You must go to court to obtain custody, not just "help yourself". Yes, you would get in "big trouble".

I agree with Jay. This is not apathy for you to take.
