Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have sole custody of our two children and live in Indiana at this time, however we had divorced in '98 in Illinois. Whose responsibility is it to initiate child support adjustments? Do I need to "set aside" monies received after his 18th birthday? And if it is my responsibility to initiate, do I need to travel *back* to the state/county where our divorce was filed or can it be initiated through the Indiana courts?

It is no one's responsibility in particular; generally the person who wants is receiving will ask for it when an increase is due, and vice versa. You can talk to the prosecutor;'s office in your county about handling this on an interstate basis.
