Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I own a sole proprietorship established during the marriage and was just served divorce papers from my wife. All related equipment and liabilities are in my name, including vehicles. What could she potentially have awarded to her if there is no agreement. A vehicle would be the only thing that she would remotely utilize.

Any marital assets, including the business assets you own individually, can be awarded to either party in a divorce. Make sure you contact a lawyer in your community to protect yourself.
