Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

A woman who I have not seen in a few years (and never had a relationship with) is claiming that I am the father of her 3 month old. There is no way that this is possible, but she is saying that I need to fill out some papers and that she is going to take me to court. She also told me that she doesn't think I am the father, but the person who is will not pay her any child support. I don't know why I am being dragged into this mess. What are my rights?

If she files a paternity action, insist on a DNA test. Otherwise ignore her.
