Legal Question in Medical Leave in Indiana

I was off work on FMLA to take care of my daughter. Before i had a chance to return to work they told me i was terminated. I asked why and they said my FMLA was denied but wouldn't give me a reason why. They told me to "contact my healthcare provider" for the reason...so i did and he said there was no reason why it should have been denied and nobody had contacted him. My question is should i sue them for wrongful termination?

You should talk with an attorney directly to ensure that you were otherwise qualified for the FMLA. If you were, you should probably take legal action against them. Most attorneys, including my firm which has an office in Evansville as well, offer a free telephone or email consultation that will allow you to ascertain the strength of your claim. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] or the number in my profile.
