Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

My ex-girlfriend and I live in an Indiana house. We do not own the home but we BOTH have permission to live there by the homeowner and landlord. My ex-girlfriend is threatening to throw me out of the house. Can she do this legally? We both have permission to live here and we both pay our share of the bills. Can she legally make me leave the house??

If it's not her house, and you both have permission to live there, she can't throw you out. But why on earth would you want to stay there? Get a life---move on.
